75 WATT LIGHT BULB.



FILL UNDERCUTS WITH MIXTURE
OF WATER AND SILICONE.
TRIM AIR RELIEF TUBE.



CONSTRUCT RIDGED RETAINING WALL HALFWAY UP AND COMPLETELY
AROUND SUBJECT USING MODELING CLAY.



PLACE FOIL SKIRT AROUND SIDE OF RETAINING WALL.



COVER COMPLETE ASSEMBLY WITH SINGLE PLY TISSUE SEPARATOR.



USING VERY THICK MIXTURE OF PLASTER OF PARIS,
POUR FIRST HALF OF OVERMOLD.



INVERT ENTIRE ASSEMBLY.



REMOVE CLAY RETAINING WALL AND COVER WITH
SINGLE-PLY TISSUE SEPARATOR.



POUR SECOND HALF OF OVERMOLD USING VERY THICK
MIXTURE OF PLASTER OF PARIS.



LET DRY 30 MINUTES. SEPARATE OVERMOLDS AND REMOVE SUBJECT.



REMOVE SILICONE PLUGS.
CUT SPLITSEAM.
REMOVE SUBJECT.



GLUE SPLITSEAM. REPLACE SILICONE PLUGS.
INSERT PLASTIC STRAW. PLACE MOLD IN OVERMOLD.



SECURE MOLD ASSEMBLY
FOR POURING.



POUR MOLD WITH #1 CASTING PLASTER
TINTED WITH BLACK PIGMENT.



LET DRY. REMOVE HARDENED
CAST.



REMOVE POURING SPOUT.
PUNCH OUT LOUVERS.
PAINT WITH WATERCOLORS.



SOAK IN CONSOLIDANT.



SEAL WITH POLYURETHANE.
