REMOVE CONTAINMENT WALL ASSEMBLY.



INVERT MOLD ASSEMBLY. REMOVE FOIL SKIRT.
REMOVE CLAY RETAINING WALL.



COVER ASSEMBLY WITH SINGLE-PLY TISSUE SEPARATOR.



RECONSTRUCT CONTAINMENT WALL ASSEMBLY
FOR SECOND HALF OF OVERMOLD.



POUR PLASTER INTO TOP OPENING FOR SECOND HALF
OF OVERMOLD.



REMOVE CONTAINMENT WALL ASSEMBLY.



SEPARATE OVERMOLDS AND REMOVE SUBJECT.



CUT SPLITSEAM AND REMOVE SUBJECT FROM MOLD.



GLUE SPLITSEAM. REINSTALL SILICONE PLUG.



SECURE MOLD ASSEMBLY FOR POURING. FILL WITH TINTED PLASTER.



DISASSEMBLE OVERMOLDS, SEPARATE SPLITSEAM AND
REMOVE HARDENED CAST.



REMOVE POURING SPOUT. PAINT WITH WATERCOLOR. SOAK IN
CONSOLIDANT. APPLY POLYURETHANE.
